Whats wroung with me?

my lower stomic just started to feel like i was blowded then things got worse! that night i was in a lot of pain about where my guts are( lower stomic) and i was like at 100 temp. but the next day (today) I'm feeling ALOT better just its sore down there now and it was kinda throbbing in the shower I'm at like 96 temp. now this has happen before but along time ago i just need info on what it could be. (btw i had the shts and my mouth felt the way when you need to puck soon but i never did)
