Why do some people who have gastric byp surgery, look like they are dried out ? How do you stop that?

You can't unless more money is spent to remove that. I know what ya mean...Kinda like a plump g to a raisin. Once weight goes...especially that fast, the skins elasticity can not return to it's normal state. So it just hangs there.
