y witch costume for work....any ideas?

I want to be a witch for Halloween. I wasn't going to dress up then just today we were told we could dress up for work. So short on cash...I am thinking a witch. I have a knee length black dress that's kind of tight, I was thinking of that, plus I have jet black long hair. So what else do I need? I know a pointy hat. But what about shoes, makeup, tights, etc. I want to wear normal makeup with maybe some red lipstick. I have black high heel shoes & black knee high boots...which ones? Again, what kind of tights...I am in an office setting so nothing slutty but y/cute. Please help....Thanks. Oh and if a broom, what kind. Thanks.
