What are the health risks of eating raw meat?

My family and I are really devout Christians, so we just like to randomly pay penance. We take turns deciding on what we do. This week it was my sisters turn and she suggested we fast for 3 days. I made it a little over a day before I got so hungry I just had to eat something. (I know, pathetic right? Jesus suffered through much worse so we could have ever lasting life with Him in paradise.) I took a box of lamb chops out of the freezer to de-frost, but I couldn't wait, so I just devoured them raw. (I even ate the bones the meat was attached to.) I'm really worried I'm going to get food poisoning and die now. My family and I don't believe in modern medicine, we think it's unnatural and that people who take it get sent straight to hell. So even if I'm gravely ill, the most we can do is pray to and kiss the magic statue of Jesus in our house and hope he heals me.
