Ideas for lower body workouts?
I feel like I have a great upper body, my arms and back are toned and my waist line is small for my weight. But the reason why I'm so insecure, and have body image issues, is because my thighs and look ridiculous. Pear-shaped is exactly what I am, I wear a small shirt but I wear a size 10 jean. I understand that you can't pinpoint weight loss, but I would like ideas on how I can lose fat and tone my lower body with exercises that I can do at home. I have no problem doing yoga, weight lifting, and I run a lot. Anything else I can do? I'm 20 years old and 165 lbs.
