How can any truthful Christian proclaim that they don't sin, or that don't let bad things happen to his people?

All you on here who proclaim to be Christians, how dare you profess the word of God with out telling the whole truth? Have you never read the book of Job? Bad things happen to good people. Everyone sins, I don't care if you are saved or not. Why even be on here proclaiming your faith if your not even going to tell the truth? And for all you atheists out here, my question was not for you, I try not to waste Gods words on dogs and swine.
